To purge Reports

You can purge expired Reports from the RM Auditor database. Reports are purged if their Report Lifetime has expired.   

1. In the left-hand pane, click Administration.

2. In the right-hand pane, under Database Maintenance Tasks, select Purge Reports.

3. To run the task immediately, click the Run button.

4. To create a schedule for purging Reports, click the Schedule button.

Notes

• For more information about creating a schedule for a database maintenance task, see Related Topics.

• We recommend that you schedule this task to run once per week when the network is not busy.
